Letters from Limoge

Waiting for the mid-life crisis.

It won’t be coming now,
I’ve been a lucky man
I don’t know how it missed me.

it could be that the second childhood kicked in early
and if it did, so what? senility’s the new add-on, the plug-in when your thoughts have all but gone, don’t get me wrong, I’m not wishing that
on anyone,

just saying as one does.

and as a postscript,
if I’ve tripped up on this journey
why remind me,
don’t you think I know?
